Telemedicine Information Exchange (TIE) TIE is maintained by the Association of Telehealth Service Providers out of Portland, OR. They rely on sponsorships and memberships to maintain operations. The information provided on this site includes: - Current News in Telemedicine, Funding opportunities, Latest research articles, Calendar of upcoming events, etc. American Telemedicine Association (ATA) ATA is the cornerstone of information in the field of telemedicine. This website contains information on current Standards and Guidelines for providing care through telemedicine, Reimbursement, Public Policy, Education and Meetings, etc. Completed ARTN Site Readiness Assessment Reports by J. Gwen Kennedy, Ph.D, Kennedy & Associates As a foundational effort to create a sustaining telehealth network, the Rasmuson Foundation funded the ARTN to conduct Site Readiness Assessments in each of our member facilities and their communities.
